MOC 9409H is a chemical cleaning agent for moulds and is used to remove excessive release agent and polyurethane. Available as liquid and paste. The latter is recommended when the maintenance interval is over 3 months.

Zyvax Surface Cleaner
Surface Cleaner is a combination of solvents specially blended to aid in the preparation of new and used molds and plugs prior to treatment with Zyvax® Mold Conditioners and Release Agents. Waterclean has been developed to provide an effective solvent-free alternative to solvent washing for the removal of surface contaminants from moulds and moulded parts. Waterclean is non-flammable and will not harm the surface. Waterclean eliminates solvent washing when preparing parts for painting, bonding or other processes that require a completely clean surface.
